A broken computer means work on hold, photos and documents out of reach, sometimes an exam or a tax return due. We repair desktops and laptops of every brand (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Apple…) for individuals, freelancers and small businesses. We start by finding the real cause, then suggest the most sensible fix: sometimes a repair, sometimes a simple upgrade, and when the machine is no longer worth it, we tell you plainly. Data recovery

Drive that won’t open, files deleted by mistake, a PC that won’t boot but holds your photos? Before any repair, we check your data and, where possible, copy it somewhere safe. To stop it happening again, we can also set up an automatic backup.

When the fault is on the motherboard

A laptop that won’t charge with a new charger, a burning smell, a drink spilled on the keyboard: the fault is often on the motherboard. Our electronics workshop works at component level (power socket, charging circuit, chip) instead of replacing the whole board.

Repair, upgrade or replace?

A four or five year old PC often gets a second life with an SSD and some memory, for a fraction of the price of a new one. If a repair makes no sense, we point you to a machine that fits how you use it: a refurbished laptop, a new PC from our shop or a custom-built PC. We then move your files and programs to the new computer.

At the workshop or at your place

You can drop your computer off at the workshop in central Verviers, by appointment. For businesses and people who can’t travel, we also come on site within about 50 km of Verviers. Many software problems can even be fixed remotely in a few minutes.

How much does a computer repair cost?

It depends on the fault. After the diagnosis we give you a precise quote, and nothing is charged without your approval. If the repair would cost more than the computer is worth, we say so.

How long does it take?

A clean-up, malware removal or SSD upgrade usually takes one to two working days. A screen or battery replacement depends on the part’s availability, which we state in the quote.

Will my files be kept?

Yes, that is our priority. We check and, if needed, back up your data before any work. Do tell us which files matter most to you.

Do you repair MacBooks?

Yes, for most common jobs: cleaning, battery, SSD on compatible models, reinstall and data recovery. Send us the exact model for a quick opinion.
