How long does a repair take?

Yes. A damaged HDMI port is one of the most common console faults. We desolder the damaged port, solder in a new one and test picture and sound before you get the console back.

My device got wet. Can it be saved?

Often, if you act fast. Don’t switch it on and don’t charge it: bring it to the workshop. We open it, clean the board to stop corrosion and replace the affected components.
